Email [email protected] and the AMG team will reply, normally within two business days.

Inside the app you can also open Profile, then Get Help, and send the same request without leaving AMG Athletes. If you are writing about an account you cannot open, send the email from the address on that account where possible.

To get a faster answer, include the email address on your AMG Athletes account, your phone model and operating-system version, the app version shown at the bottom of Account Settings, and what you expected to happen.

02Account and sign-in help

If a verification code has not arrived, check the spam or promotions folder, confirm the address is spelled correctly, then request a new code. Codes expire, and only the newest one works.

You can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen. If two-factor authentication is switched on and you have lost the authenticator app, use one of the recovery codes saved when you enrolled.

If you no longer have the account email and no recovery code, contact support with as much proof of ownership as you can provide. AMG Athletes will not move an account to a new email address without it.

03Subscriptions and purchases

AMG Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by AMG Athletes. Cancel any time in Apple ID Subscriptions on iOS or Google Play Subscriptions on Android; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

If a store shows an active subscription but the app is still locked, sign in to the same AMG Athletes account used at purchase and choose Restore Purchases in Account Settings.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google. AMG Athletes never receives full payment-card details and cannot issue a store refund directly.

04Your data, privacy, and deletion

You can delete your AMG Athletes account and its data from Account Settings inside the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot open the app.

Privacy questions, access requests, and correction requests go to [email protected]. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

05Safety and reporting

Report a member, a Showcase Video, a comment, or a direct message from the report control on that item in the app. Blocking a member stops direct messages between the two accounts.

Anything urgent — a threat, a safety risk, or content involving a minor — should be sent to [email protected] with the word URGENT in the subject line. Contact your local emergency services first if someone is in immediate danger.

AMG Athletes reviews reports and may hide, remove, or suspend content and accounts under the Terms of Use.
