01Using AMG Athletes

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the legal age to agree to these Terms where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you. Do not use the app where its use is prohibited by law.

By creating an account, viewing training content, joining competitions, or purchasing access, you agree to use AMG Athletes only for lawful, personal training and athlete-development purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of profile information, rankings information, tournament entries, and support details you submit.

02Agreement and availability

At account creation, you must actively confirm that you are at least 13 and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. That confirmation applies to later use of the same account; AMG Athletes will request a new agreement only when reasonably necessary for a material change or required by law.

AMG Athletes operates from Egypt and may make the app available internationally. Features, competitions, content, subscriptions, and support may vary by country, device, language, store, or legal requirement.

03Account sharing and device access

Your AMG Athletes account is personal to you. Do not sell, share, rent, transfer, or publish your login, and do not use another person's account to avoid payment, access controls, age requirements, moderation, or security checks.

If you give your login to another person or sign in on another device, that device may be able to view or change your private account data, public profile, progress, favorites, purchases, AI Coach settings, notification settings, and downloaded workouts. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the law says otherwise.

For protected paid videos and offline downloads, AMG Athletes may allow only one active device for an account at a time. If you switch access to a new phone or tablet, the earlier device can lose access to paid videos, protected playback, and downloads. Offline downloads are local to the device; they are not backed up, transferable, or guaranteed to remain available after sign-out, account deletion, subscription expiration, refund, entitlement loss, app uninstall, device change, or access switch.

AMG Athletes may limit, suspend, remove downloads from, or terminate accounts that share credentials, scrape or copy videos, bypass access controls, abuse subscriptions, or create security, fraud, legal, or safety risk.

04Training and safety

Training, assessment, recovery, and nutrition content is educational athletic guidance. AMG Athletes is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition, and does not provide medical advice. Stop any drill that causes pain, train in a safe environment, and ask a qualified healthcare professional before starting if you have a medical condition or injury.

AI Coach responses are generated automatically and may be wrong or unsuitable. Do not use them for diagnosis, treatment, medication, emergency decisions, injury clearance, or as a substitute for a qualified coach or healthcare professional.

AMG Athletes may update, replace, remove, or reorganize programs, videos, rankings, competitions, and app features over time.

05AI Coach use

Use of the AI Coach is also governed by the AI Coach & Data Policy at amgathletes.com/ai-policy. By sending a message, you permit it to be shared with OpenAI, and you may withdraw that permission without losing access to non-AI features.

Do not use the AI Coach to create or request illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, dangerous, self-harm, or rights-infringing content. Do not submit another person's confidential or personal information without permission.

AI outputs may not be unique and are provided without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on an AI response.

06Content rights

AMG Athletes owns or licenses the app, videos, program structure, branding, text, images, and other content. You may view content inside the app for personal use while you have access.

You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, scrape, upload, share premium videos, bypass access controls, or use AMG Athletes content to build a competing product.

You may not copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the app, its code, its design, or its servers and interfaces, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction. You may not access AMG Athletes with bots, scrapers, or unofficial apps, or use any part of it to build, train, or benchmark a competing product.

The AMG Athletes name, logos, and app design are trademarks and trade dress of AMG Athletes. You may not use them without written permission.

If you believe content in the app infringes your intellectual-property or privacy rights, contact the support address below with enough information for AMG Athletes to identify and review the material.

07Paid access

AMG Pro and other paid products are governed by the Subscription Terms at amgathletes.com/subscription-terms, the store purchase sheet shown before purchase, and these Terms of Use.

Refunds, cancellations, billing, taxes, and payment issues are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play when purchase is made through those stores.

08Competition registration

The app may let you submit information to register interest in or register for an AMG competition. Registration does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, scheduling, participation, or a place in an event.

The app does not collect tournament entry payments. Any event conducted outside the app may have separate eligibility rules, guardian permissions, waivers, schedules, venue rules, or payment arrangements that must be presented and agreed outside the app before participation.

09Fair play and moderation

You retain ownership of profile information, Journey posts, photos, comments, messages, and other content you submit. You grant AMG Athletes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve AMG Athletes. The license for private messages is limited to delivering, securing, and moderating the messaging service. Use of a person's image or public content in paid advertising will require any additional permission required by law. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for direct messages, which AMG Athletes may keep as described in the Privacy Policy, and reasonable backups, legal records, service-provider retention, or material already used with permission where the law allows.

Only submit content you own or have permission to use. Do not submit private information about another person, copyrighted material without authorization, sexual content, hate or harassment, threats, dangerous or illegal material, spam, impersonation, or content involving exploitation of a minor.

AMG Athletes may correct, hide, suspend, or remove profiles, Journey posts, rankings, badges, tournament entries, comments, messages, Stories, tags, support messages, or accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, infringing, or harmful to the app or its users.

Use the in-app report control to report a public profile, Journey item, Video, comment, AI response, or conversation. AMG Athletes reviews reports and may hide content pending review, remove content or tags, restrict submissions or messaging, block interactions, or suspend an account. For urgent safety concerns, contact the support address below.

Do not harass other users, impersonate anyone, upload illegal content, manipulate follows or rankings, attempt to access another account, reverse engineer protected video delivery, or interfere with app security.

10Third-party services and app stores

The app relies on third-party services and may open or share to external websites and apps. Their availability, content, accounts, and data practices are controlled by those third parties. You are responsible for reviewing their terms before using them.

Apple, Google, your mobile carrier, and other distributors are not responsible for AMG Athletes content, support, or claims except to the extent their own mandatory terms say otherwise. Store purchase, subscription, refund, and distribution terms also apply and control where they cannot legally be varied by these Terms.

11Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMG Athletes and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' AMG Athletes does not promise that the app, AI output, assessments, rankings, programs, competitions, downloads, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, always available, or suitable for a particular result.

Training results differ by person. AMG Athletes does not guarantee fitness, performance, selection, ranking, competition acceptance, revenue, scholarships, employment, or any athletic outcome. Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer guarantee that applicable law does not allow AMG Athletes to exclude.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMG Athletes and its owners, directors, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, loss of data, lost opportunity, lost profit, or damage caused by reliance on AI or training guidance, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or unavailable content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits that limitation.

13Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user who has legal capacity to agree, or the parent or guardian agreeing for a minor, will defend and indemnify AMG Athletes against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from that user's unlawful content, infringement of another person's rights, material violation of these Terms, fraud, or deliberate misuse of the app. This does not require indemnification for AMG Athletes' own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.

AMG Athletes will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not agree to a settlement that imposes an admission or non-monetary obligation on the indemnifying person without consent, unless the law permits otherwise.

14Suspension and termination

You may stop using AMG Athletes or delete your account at any time. AMG Athletes may restrict content, suspend features, or terminate an account for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, security or safety risk, infringement, abusive behavior, non-payment or loss of entitlement, or where required by law or a platform.

Where reasonably possible and safe, AMG Athletes will provide notice of the reason and a way to contact support. Termination ends the user's permission to access the app and can remove account content, but provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute terms, and legally required records—continue to apply.

Deleting an AMG Athletes account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Store billing must be cancelled separately.

15Dispute resolution and governing law

Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] with a description of the issue and requested resolution so both sides can try in good faith to resolve it informally. This does not shorten or waive any mandatory deadline or right to urgent relief.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Egypt, except where mandatory consumer, privacy, or procedural law in your country gives you rights, remedies, or a forum that cannot legally be limited by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives consumer guarantees, privacy rights, refund rights, collective remedies, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded where you live.

16Changes, severability, and entire agreement

AMG Athletes may update these Terms when features, providers, laws, or business practices change. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed agreement when required for a material change. Continued use after legally sufficient notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, AI Coach & Data Policy, Subscription Terms, and purchase disclosures form the agreement for the app. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
